Support

How can we help?

The quick answers below solve most issues. Encode Keyboard has no account system or server-side support form.

Add the keyboard

Open iOS Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → “Encode Keyboard”. Then use the globe key to switch keyboards. The Home Screen label may be shortened to “EncodeKey”, but the Add New Keyboard entry remains “Encode Keyboard”.

How to convert

In a supported non-secure text field, type your text, then choose Codec → Encode/Decode → EN/VI → Convert. Tap Undo to restore the most recent conversion.

Full Access

Leave it off. Encode Keyboard declares RequestsOpenAccess=false and is designed to work without network access.

Personal Code

Open Personal Codebook in the main app to create rules. Use Export/Import to move a codebook; the recipient needs the same file to decode correctly.

A codec returns no result

Morse does not support every character; Binary and Base64 need valid input when decoding. Try the appropriate codec or send us your app and iOS versions.

Clear local data

Open Settings in Encode Keyboard to clear history, favorites, or custom data. Uninstalling the app removes its remaining data from the device.

Privacy request

Read the policy for the separate scopes of the app, website, and support email. You can send a request using the email address beside this list.
